We take subcontract work from local manufacturers — the odd or difficult wood parts that aren't worth tooling up for on your own line.

If a component keeps interrupting your real production — an awkward profile, a small quantity, a part your equipment was never set up to hold — hand it off. We work from your drawing, sample, or sketch and deliver parts cut, finished, and ready to use.

With CNC we go well past blanks and panels: precision, custom pieces cut repeatably to your dimensions — specialized supports shaped to your assembly, mechanical interlocks, routing guides, insulating spacers, and a lot else. Wood machines fast, doesn't conduct electricity, and is cheap to iterate — often the right material for a specialized part.

One-of-a-kind hand-built end table in Kansas-grown black walnut — a half-round (demilune) top floating on an open angled lattice, with brass-pinned joinery and a hand-rubbed linseed-and-shellac finish.

Hand-cut quarter-sawn oak squares fitted into a solid oak frame, glued, finished, and set up for play.

Hydroponic system

Custom hydroponic grow setup — a lumber-framed raised bed lined with pond liner holds the nutrient water; square plywood lids cover the top, with net pots seated in their cutouts to hold each plant.
